HI (: i wanted to share this amazing recipe i made with you and everyone else struggling with their weight like mee ! it's for cooked cinnamon apples, both are metabolism boosting foods and it's delicious.
what you do is peel an apple and slice it into small pieces. put it in a small pan and add a splash of water, just so the bottom of the pan has a thin layer of water on its surface. put the apples in the pan and sprinkle in about a teaspoon of cinnamon and put it on the stove. keep it on the stove for about 15 minutes on medium heat ! if you like them to be more crisp and warm versus hot and mushy, leave it on for 10. the longer its on the stove the mushy-er they will become. if you need to , sprinkle on some sugar , but not a lot ! remember these are cinnamon apples, not sugar apples (: i like LIVE off of this recipe and i've lost about 2 pounds since friday. just remember every teaspoon of cinnamon is about 20 calories so don't get too carried away. but they are amazing you will love them ! especially if you do not like plain apples. apples are also rich in fiber which leads to more... pooping ! ahah (: enjooyyy
